Simple Summer Wellness Tips for Faith, Essential Oils & Natural Living

"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." — 3 John 1:2

Summer is a wonderful reminder to slow down and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. The longer days, fresh seasonal foods, and warm sunshine invite us to spend more time outdoors, nourish our bodies, and create space for rest and reflection.

Wellness doesn't have to be complicated. Often, it's the small, intentional choices we make each day that have the greatest impact. Drinking more water, taking a walk, spending time in prayer, or enjoying a quiet cup of herbal tea can become simple rhythms that bring peace to both body and soul.
